Experience
Jon Myhre, manager of JMP has been involved in entitlements, land development, and the construction industry since 1987. Through those years, experience has ranged from providing civil engineering services to overseeing a homebuilding division in a Fortune 500 company. Other roles have included project management and land acquisition for major builder/developers. With this experience firmly embedded, analysis and strategies to maximize the value of properties comes naturally to JMP.

San Jacinto & Hemet Projects
Approximately five (5) DR Horton projects encompassing approximately 2000 residential lots. These projects such as sites located along Cottonwood Avenue included designing and processing tentative tract maps and final engineering. Projects along Sanderson Avenue included acquisition and entitlements such as an Environmental Impact Report, Specific Plan, Tentative Tract Maps, & Infrastructure Plans. Management of these projects included meeting with City, School, Utility, & Environmental Jurisdictions.

Moreno Valley & Perris Projects
Approximately eight (8) Western Pacific Housing, DR Horton, and Richmond American Homes projects encompassing approximately 1500 residential lots. Most of these projects were located in the growing eastern portion of Moreno Valley, and included designing and processing tentative tract maps and final engineering. Working with Riverside County Flood Control was a significant issue in the development of sites in Moreno Valley and Perris.

Riverside County Projects
Approximately five (5) projects which included approximately 1000 residential lots while working for Western Pacific Housing and DR Horton. Most of these projects were located in the Dairyland Area of the County, and included clean-up work and environmental issues affiliated with development of dairyland property.

Victorville & Adelanto Areas in the High Desert
Approximately five (5) DR Horton and Richmond American Homes projects which encompassed approximately 1200 residential lots. These projects included processing Tentative Tract Maps, Grading Plans, & Utility Plans in areas of the two cities that had limited infrastructure.

Anaheim, Garden Grove, & Buena Park Projects
Approximately five (5) projects which included approximately 500 residential lots while working for Western Pacific Housing and DR Horton. These projects included higher density developments with attached homes, retail units, and commercial properties. Development of these sites required environmental impact reports, traffic studies, noise studies, mapping and engineering.

City & County of Riverside
Three (3) projects with approximately 1000 residential lots with UDC Homes and Shea Homes. Two (2) of these projects were master plan communities located in the Lake Mathews area, and the Temescal Canyon area.

City of Yorba Linda, Placentia, & Brea
Five (5) projects with approximately 500 residential lots with UDC Homes and Shea Homes. Developing projects in these areas of Orange County had the unique issue of capping and cleaning up oil wells. This required preparing and processing remedial action plans (RAP), and working with a number of environmental agencies.

Cities and Counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego, & Los Angeles
Over 50 projects in 25 different Southern California Cities. These projects included shopping centers and retail centers for Wal-Mart & McDonalds. Residential projects included working in Temecula and Murrieta prior to and after incorporation. As a civil engineer, responsibilities included managing all aspects of land planning, design, and processing with the applicable jurisdiction.
